Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are happy with everything you purchase from WESTCOASTEAST.

But, in the event you should need to return or exchange an item, please be aware of the following: 

Regular orders for any jewelry item, can be returned or exchanged, within 7 days of receipt only, as long as the jewelry item(s) are in their original packaging, in unworn original condition, and with attached tags NOT REMOVED.             Credit will not include original shipping charges, if any.

Special Orders, Specially sized items, or Engraved Items, are not returnable or exchangeable.

For Special Events, or Holiday Items, ie. Wedding, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc, we may require a written commitment of Final Sale, or Exchange Only.

Regular orders for non jewelry items, can be returned or exchanged, within 21 days of receipt only, as long as the items are in their original packaging, in unworn or unused, condition, and with attached tags NOT REMOVED.        Credit will not include original shipping charges, if any.
